Absolutely heartbroken to hear that Patrick is no longer with us, he was always so positive even when most other would not be able to find anything to be positive about. I feel so honoured to have had the privilege to have been a part of Patrick’s life and to have also met some of his wonderful family at the football. A strong, funny, kind man who will be sorely missed by many. My love and thoughts are with you all at such a tough time.
